| Other Info | We are SO excited to have Kitten de Ville "The Embodiment of Burlesque" here at the Academy of Burlesque while she is in town for The Atomic Bombshells Burlesque "Cake - A Decade of Dazzling Decadence" show! The Art of Classic Striptease with Kitten De Ville This hour-long class will cover the fundamental basics of classic striptease. Students will be able to execute a graceful glove peel, artfully remove a gown, and demonstrate stylized walks and gestures from the classic burlesque move repertoire. Students should bring a sleeveless gown with a zipper, or other quick-release rigged dress. Gloves will be provided for use in class. Students should wear dance class attire (tights and leotard, or stretch pants and tank top) and bring a pair of mid-height heels (1-3"). This class is open to all genders, bodies, and levels, no formal dance training is necessary. |
